I’m Louis — founder of Louie’s Smash-N-Grill. After spending a few years in the restaurant scene and away at college, I knew I wanted to bring something real back to the place I call home.

This spot is a tribute to everything I love — the flavor-packed smashburgers from the East Coast, the clean and classic vibes of In-N-Out, and the energy of a good night out. We’re open late. We’re all about flavor. And every burger is crafted with love, fire, and Wagyu beef.
